*Now that I've been told that the high schools in both districts that i sub for have decided they will open with on-line instruction only, I have no sub jobs for the foreseeable future. So I will have more time to continue writing and publishing, as well as promoting my books. Where? Well you might ask. I'm always the blogger on the 16th of the month at the SNSD blog spot. In my latest post, I give an excerpt of the second book in my Northwest Maine Academy series about the Northwest Maine werewolf pack and the people who are a part of it. I don't have the cover yet, but the edits are done. It's called Worth the Wait. It continues the two romances begun in the first book, When a Wolf Howls, and adds two more new romances. All of the characters are well on their way to a HEA by the end of the second book. But this is the first excerpt I've put up anywhere for this book slated to be published on September 4th.

This author is due within the next couple of weeks with her baby, so she's throwing a baby celebration. I supplied the links to two of my Reyes Family Romances, because this large, loving Hispanic family adores babies! In Recipe for Love, book 2, Tegan, the heroine from the first book, has her baby about halfway through the book. This leads to a chapter about her friend Juanita and her husband, who have an unexpected reaction to seeing the new baby--don't laugh! Been there, done that, I had 4 kids in 5 years because of it!
The second book I submitted is Love Therapy, in which Miguel's first love, Alicia Torres, returns to her hometown. He's still in love with her, though he initially denies it even to himself. But she has a secret involving a toddler girl. Being a Reyes man, Miguel quickly grows to love the child like his own, and she returns his love.

And all of this is just in August! I've got some fun postings planned for September also--I'll let you know about them in the first week, when I'm excitedly anticipating the release of my second werewolf romance!
